Can an old CCJ go back to court?

I'll try and make this brief.
Ex Hubby had a CCJ registered for a debt back in 1992ish. The CCJ has dropped off of credit file etc etc. But, the debt is still being paid off regulalry every month.
It has been sold on and sold on. The DCA that has it now has threatened to take it back to court again. Am I right in saying that they cannot do this? Bear in mind this debt is now nearly 15 years old!

the only action that could potentially be taken is to apply for a warrant of execution, or a charging order if you own your property, however as stated the chances of a court awarding this after such a long time are minimal to say the least. It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0
