Virgin One Account turning the screw again

My latest One Account statement came with a Notice of Variation today which adds conditions 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f and 10i all detailing new ways that we may be charged in the future for Banking & Mortgage fees and expenses. I'm moving house soon and they have sufficiently annoyed me enough that I will definitely be considering another supplier.
We liked the One Account as it got us to almost paying off our current mortgage 10 years early so an offset mortgage seems to suit us well. Any recommendations for borrowing 250k on a 700k property?
