I copied and pasted the code but accidentally had copied and pasted the space at the end of the code too. It said the code was invalid but when I removed the space at the end, it went through fine.I am having the same problem, it's giving me the exact same error...

Once the book has been uploaded and ordered, it takes 4 to 5 working days to be produced. The delivery time depends on the service you choose: the standard shipping takes 5 working days or the premium which takes 3 to 4 working days.
I ordered mine on 7.7.09 and shipped 9th july. Came here 13th July0 -

Shame, I can't get the free code to work either, only the one which doesn't include the p&p. We were looking forward to getting the book after spending some while designing it so if anyone finds a new free code please post it here. Thanks.0
