BOS Fixed rate coming to an end and I'm confused!!!!

Hi all,

My 2 year fixed rate is coming to an end in a month’s time. I have had no contact from BOS about this and assume that I will automatically jump on to the SVR.

I can't find any details anywhere on the web as to what their SVR is, only rumors that they have not made the significant cuts that other lenders have. Does anybody know what their SVR is?

Also, I have very little equity at the moment. As someone with 2 years history of paying a mortgage with no missed payments do I stand a chance of moving elsewhere to improve my rate or am I stuffed without a hefty chunk of equity behind me?

Many thanks,

Tom.

SVR 4.84% !!! ( will apply to most BoS deals that follow on to SVR) which is high
In same group Halifax is 3.5% C&G 2.5%

see http://www.bosmortgages.co.uk/pdf/new-deals-and-additional-borrowing-guide.pdf for other rates available in-house with BoS

brokers also still have access to a range of BoS loyalty product transfer rates that may be slightly different, also they could look at other lenders , but if high LTV ( again they might have BoS estimate of the your LTV) don't hold your hopes up of a great deal though if moving with a high LTV
