New IVA

Hi. I'm currently going through the process to set-up an IVA. However, my partner has not been able to get her financial details together for the full Financial Statement due to several other personal factors (all even more pressing than the IVA itself!). Now that she is able to concentrate more on the IVA process, I think she is becomming unwilling to supply the necessay details as she sees the debt as being entirely mine (which it is in point of fact - all unsecured debt, totally relating to credit cards).
Amongst many questions, I suppose my main one is: Do my creditors have the right to have my partner's financial details? Can they enforce sight of such data? We have a joint mortgage but are not married.
Grateful for any information.
Thanks.

Hi
Have you taken advice from a debt charity before setting up an IVA or is this from a fee charging company?
Do you and your partner understand the implications for her credit rating and the release of equity that will follow from an IVA?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
