Mortgage for next house
EDITION
Hi,
In the next few months we are after putting out hose on the market to move up the ladder abit.
Our current figures look like this:
Current house roughly = £144k
Join income = £50k
Current mortgage = 109k
Car loan = 10k
C.C (on 0%) = 3.5k
Looking at spending about £190k......
Are we likely to be able to borrow that additional money?
Cheers for the help!
