A bit worried now...... my first DMP payment

I made my first DMP payment to CCCS on 01 July

via standing order and it shows on my bank account as having come out BUT nothing showing on my CCCS account online.

A couple of other DFWs said that it might take a coupld of days to show on the CCCS account - but it's still not there.

Am I worrying for nothing - I'm terrified that it will not have reached them for some crazy reason and it will all go belly up.

Any advise.... anyone ?

My mess, I wouldn;t worry about it just yet. 1st July was only wednesday so CCCS won't have received the payment until friday 3rd, then they probably have to allocate it to your particular account. I would give it another couple of days and then contact them if there is still no sign.

I used CCCC> It is a great service, and saved me from a lifetime of stress. I never had an online account though.

I suspect it is the banking system - just phone them, they will be very obliging, and goodf shout choosing them and not some of the fee paying services.

Please be aware also, you may still get the odd letter for a couple of months, just advise the CCCS.

Some firms, as policy may sell the debt to a debt management firm, who will send you letters to start with. Again phone the CCCS and phone them to confirm - and do not take their !!!! if they pressure you to pay.

I've made 5 payments now, it usually appears in your online accont 6-7 days after your payment. My payment on the 29th June has appeared today for example.

My payments to CCCS used to go out 1st of the month
and nothing used to show on my CCCS account unit the 25th of the month,
which is when CCCS make payments to your creditors

I keep checking the CCCS site - and am getting in a tizz because I can't see the payment.

Anyways - will check again in a few days
