Maintenance due to finish

Hi
Maintenance is due to finish on 8th September 2009, this is paid via DOE, does anyone know if you have to call up the CSA to ask them to let your employer know the end date, on the copy of the DOE it shows payments ongoing past this date and into the next 2 years.
Also, I asked them back in january for a full listing of account i.e. where we believe that employer has taken extra payments in error and not adhered to the DOE schedule and was informed about 4 weeks ago that this is not a CSA priority and they are understaffed etc. Any idea how I can speed this up as I would like that overpayment returning.
Many thanks

I wouldn't trust them to stop a running tap ! Do not rely on them to do anything off their own backs, ensure the DEO is stopped yourself.
If you are having problems getting information from them involve your MP. " Not a priority " is not an acceptable excuse.0 -
can I insist on a new DOE showing the end date? Re the overpayment, do we have to wait til the end of the maintenance and then they will claim it back from PWC? if so how long shouldn that take and will they have to pay it back in one lump sum or would they be able to negotiate with us via CSA?0

sorry to bump the thread but am going to try and speak to the CSA this pm and follow up with a letter, does anyone have any experience of a DOE finishing?
Thanks0 -
Our experience of DEO'S is that they take what they want, when they want, and you have no control in your own wage slip!
The only way that the csa finally informed my partner that he had overpaid was by the fact that we had two babies together, a million and one phone calls and emails later, 2 years passed and they decided to carry out a reassessment taking our two children into account! I guess all you can do is bide your time

Hi, when my husbands daughter was approaching her 19th birthday we phoned CSA to remind/alert them to this, they sent out new letter with the last payment date stated on it and the payments stopped, he was also on DOE.0
