So they try to "steer" the surveyor in the right direction with regards price... Who is better placed to asses the value of a property, a surveyor, or pwopadee pimp?

While I'm kinda on the subject, saw an advert on tv the other day promoting some drama where a mortgage advisor was selling discount mortgages to friends and family, creaming a bonus off their stored up misery (looked a bit like uk subprime to me) and then it all turned nasty... Anyone have any idea what it's called or when it's on, or even channel lol (I think maybe bbc1)?
