    I fall into neither of the above categories and yet received - and read with shock & awe - their personally addressed letter this morning. Goodness knows who's database I have been on that has led to this!

    I agree that it is a great shame that Credit Unions are not better publicised and understood by people - then maybe the Providents of this world would find fewer customers for their small but costly loans.
