easy mousakka recipe???

does anyone have one?? I bought 2 lovely aubergines yesterday and havent a clue how to make mousakka!!!!

    INGREDIENTS
    1 kilo large aubergines, washed and cut into 5mm slices

    4 large potatoes, peeled, parboiled and sliced

    you need to salt the aubergines to draw out all the excess water from them.

    You can substitute sliced potato for the aubergines and even though it isn't "authentic" moussaka, it does make a very tasty (and economical!) version.

    I'm going to try this dish tomorrow night as I usually stuff aubergines so this will be something a bit different. What would be good to serve with it?

    I usually serve it with a salad and crusty rolls.
