easy mousakka recipe???

does anyone have one?? I bought 2 lovely aubergines yesterday and havent a clue how to make mousakka!!!!

INGREDIENTS
1 kilo large aubergines, washed and cut into 5mm slices
4 large potatoes, peeled, parboiled and sliced

You can substitute sliced potato for the aubergines and even though it isn't "authentic" moussaka, it does make a very tasty (and economical!) version.

I'm going to try this dish tomorrow night as I usually stuff aubergines so this will be something a bit different. What would be good to serve with it?I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....0
