Just checking on this one folks, if you don't mind confirming this, cheers.

As we are now receiving the letters from the collections, I assume the token payments must be sent to them?

When we recently started this, we sent direct to the main depts, like the loan dept, credit card dept and the bank for the overdraft.

Cheers so much, just need to get prepared to send the next lot of token payments.;)

Forgot to say, all creditors are Lloyds TSB.;)

hi di, yes i would pay collections, if that is who you are dealing with now. i had a loan with yorkshire bank and it was passed to collections and i paid direct to them. hope this helps xx
