I got mine from Netto's (believe it or not) they were £3.99-£4.99 this was a couple of months ago and to be honest they are nicer than the ones I bought at B&Q. Look on Aldi/lidl/netto for their specials I know Aldi and lidl send out weekly special emails I have had some great bargains ie Aldi bathroom sink for £49.99 which would have cost me at least £100
Good Luck0 -
Tesco Extra sell them or if you want to mail order, try screwfixI haven't got one!0

Hi,
I've used Alert Electrical quite a few times & they have been excellent - even collecting returns for free.

I got all mine from screw fix fantastic service...very good quality definately extremely good value. Be careful some of the cheaper ones are just white sockets with metal plating over the top. They don't look as good.0

Try these (and there's other ranges on the same site). Just replaced all my sockets / switches with some of their brass range. Not the cheapest - but excellent quality / service.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I got these today, quite expensive but they look superb, the white bits where actually grey, grey looks better than the white anyways.

Ooooh they were expensive!
You should have a gasket (clear acetate - or grey extruded plastic if you're lucky) with each of them. If you're fitting on an outside wall - particularly with an older property - make sure you use the gasket between the wall / socket. Otherwise you will get a nasty rash, within weeks, where the socket contacts the wall and absorbs moisture.
And it's impossible to move - without wrecking the brushed finish. Equally applies to other metals such as brass. Sole exception is where you're mounting it on a non-absorbent finish such as ceramic tileIf you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
