    oh, one other question.
I'm currently unemployed and don't earn the limit of £94 a week. But over summer I am likely to get work from a temping agency (and did the same last year), this isn't guaranteed work and is usually something like 4 days at a warehouse or something simple like that, but I do make over £94 a week if that's the case.
I'm still classed as a student in full time education, but does this mean that I would not qualify because of the possibility of earning over the limit, or is different because I'd be a temp?
When you start work in the summer you should complete form P46 and if you can answer Yes to the following you should be put on 503L (cumulative) straight away.

A – This is my first job since last 6 April and I have not been receiving taxable Jobseeker’s Allowance or taxable Incapacity Benefit or a state or occupational pension.
This would mean that you will pay no PAYE Income Tax until you earn more than £5,035.

If you do not expect to have total income (gross, from all taxable sources) of £5,035 or more in the year to 5 April 2007 then you can register to received interest without tax deducted.
