Hi, i ordered some stuff from Next. I don't have a statement account, its a cash account that i have. The money comes straight off my partners credit card. I had ordered dresses in a few sizes (for my bridesmaids). I returned the ones that i don't need last week but now one of my bridesmaids can't manage so i need to return the other dress. The only problem is the returns note was sent with the other ones.
Would i be able to take it back to my nearest store? I would be happy to accept vouchers from them as i get all my kids clothes from them so spending them wouldn't be a problem

A banker is someone who lends you an umbrella when the sun is shining, and who asks for it back when it start to rain.

I'm not sure about this as I have a statement account. I always take my directory returns back to the shop so that shouldn't be a problem - however they normally like to see the price that you have paid and not ticket price in case it is a special offer.(look at dispatch note) I would ring customer services and ask them. If you were happy to have vouchers then the easiest way to do it is take it back and just say someone else bought it and you havent got the receipt and they will then give you vouchers. Alternatively if you wanted the money refunded onto your card then the store can/will ring the Directory and just confirm that the item is on your account and refund it like that.0

I have had a similar problem recently with Next. I just took the item back and said I'd lost the returns note. The shop assistant then rang up Next directory to confirm the price I had bought it at, and then did the refund for me no problem.0

How about printing off the email that you got when you placed the order and taking it to the store with you.
