I am not sure whether this is truly a Grabbit, but the price does look very good and one wonders how long this will be around.
Comet have the LG 42PX4DV 42" Plasma at £999 delivered (if bought online). It is not an HD TV but does have an integrated digital tuner.

Do the gurus think that this is a good buy ? I am not looking for the all time great cinema experience, just a good TV that is OK to watch TV (rather than DVDs) on for an hour or so per day.
Generally, is it a mistake to get a plasma rather than an LCD TV in this sort of size / price range ?
