Don't touch this company with a bargepole, they may well be the cheapest but the service is appalling.
The website looks like it has been cobbled together by a gcse student, the whole process of ordering made me feel like pulling out at various stages but i stayed with it !!!! after a week i got an email staing that the cd had now been ordered with its suppliers and now three further weeks later and i'm still waiting for it ........part of my mothers 'mothers day' present. :T

You've been warned !

I am still waiting for a DVD I ordered on 12th December.

Customer service is carp!

I would avoid them.

To the rest of you, I had no idea 101CD's customer service was so bad.

They’re not universally useless. At the beginning of last December, I ordered two CDs for Christmas presents – one from 101cd.com, and one from Tesco Jersey. The one from 101cd.com took about two weeks to arrive. The one from Tesco Jersey took about two weeks to arrive. Although, I wouldn’t argue that the old website was not good, and I don't suppose the new one is much better.
