Converse baseball boots - half sizes?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where in the UK (online or on the high street) I can buy converse baseball boots in half sizes (red hi ones)?

I recently tried to buy some but my usual size 7 is too big and size 6 is a bit too small.

When I got home and put my old black ones on that I bought years ago, I noticed that they're size 6.5. They fit me perfectly and are so comfy but I bought them from a sports shop that had an offer on at the time and this was a few years ago!

I've found them on a couple of American websites but wouldn't want to risk getting charged a fortune on inport tax.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

I had a search and the only thing I found was someone else on the web searching for half-sizes too and it was suggested they try the Converse store on Carnaby Street, London.

I looked on sites such as Shuh, Shoe-shop.com but no half sizes on there I'm afraid, sorry hun

Their shoes run half a size bigger- perfect for me because im a 6.5 lol

Its so annoying having to worry about import taxes. If you have any american friends ask them if they will forward them on for you...

I'm not certain if they still stock them, but I got a pair in Sports World a while ago that were a half size (7½). They also sometimes have them on Amazon in half sizes.

I bought a pair of converse high tops when I was in Shanghai this year. I was told by the sales person that the factory didn't make half sizes any more. I don't know if this is true or just to make me buy what they had. Have you had a look at the Chinese import page that was mentioned on this page? They might have what you are looking for but the p&p can be pretty high.

Amazon.co.uk have some in half sizes. Mind you finding something you like in a 6.5 might be difficult, it seems most of the popular ones don't do a half size between 4 and 7. We know this as my wife is 6.5 and would like some too.
