Is there a way to join Which online with a free trial. I know they do a £1 offer but would prefer to not have to enter my visa details and just use it for free or a limited period. Thanks

They do this occasionally through the year, my advice is to google, then wait until something may come around in future months.
If you really urgently need advice, go to your local library who will have many years of back issues of the mag, and all the current issues.0 -
If I could recommend a change of strategy for 2 companies it would be Which and reader digest ..
Reasonably good products ..absolutely rubbish marketing departments ..
All they try and do is tie you in and force you to subscribe to something that you don't need0 -
In the past when they have done the 'free' trial you have still had to give them all your bank details and set up the direct debit, it said on the form you fill in that if you don't wish to proceed then you nedd to cancel giving 'x'days notice.
I guess they make quite a bit of money through people forgetting to cancel and then paying the direct debit.

Thanks I went to the library. Someone stole the issues in 2009 that I wanted. I however copied the info that are from 2008. How can someone steal from the library!!!!!All they have to do is photocopy the pages they want. Or at least really feel they must steel return it later on when they have the info they want.
