Help me the international money transfer !!

Hello Every body,

I was make the international money transfer with Barclays Bank in 30/06/09.

And I was asked send money to South Korea with Exactly amount of 5000000 Korean won by currently transfel rate with barclays, and they said yes. So I was make order to send money via barclays.

Tha problem is I check bank balance today and it showed the 2500 pound going out to transfer money and the charge is 25 pounds. (The Amount was expected between 2200-2300 with Bank of England rate wich they will be doing international money transfer(They said so))

Well I knew the charge so it is not matter, But problem in the transfer, The transfer rate was never below in 2070 won = 1 pound in this week even today(The lowest in this week, the Money transfer made between 1/7 - 3/7). Reason of that I talk with customer service, they said they could not know rate and they could not give to me what rate I sent money to Korea. because they do not dealing with korean(They Nevel Said before), so They asked to Lroyd to transfer money about my barclays account(So I request paper work between my money trasfer between barclays and Lloyd, they said they do not make paper work between bank, Impossible!!).

Even If I bring to my cash in the post office and ask change Korean won is cheaper than their transfer rate(1pound = 2000 won) (Alway Money transfer between bank is over 5% cheaper than sell or buy money directly.)

And further more, I request recipt about my international tranfer, they refuse give me the recipt. Because I asked transfer rate which they did not know.

Is it possible? even if I change currency in travel shop they give me the recipt with printed rate what is the transfer rate.

And one more issue I asked transfer money in 30/06/2009,

and They said tried but not succesful with unknown issue (they did not telling me what it is) and they transfer money in 3/07/2009. (The rate diffrent around 100 Korean won wich means around 4% diffrent)

Any body give me the advise ?????
