plus size sarongs?

having gained lots of weight none of my old sarongs actually meet in the middle. i have checked out some bigger ones but they are quite expensive as ideally i would like at least two for holidays. has anyone made there own, i did spot some material that looked sarong like but would it be easy to make. have new machine but no idea how to sew. how easy would making a couple be and has anyone made some and would be happy to share pattern, sizes etc please?

    Hi,
Im plus size my self but would think by the time you have bought the material and used your time they would be expensive.
I know someone personally that sells them so purchase mine from her for £3.99 each or 2 for £7.00 which i think is cheap as have seen them in the shops for about £15.00 which is stupid money!!
