Cheapest Cadburys Roses?

I need some in the next couple of days - thought I had a big tin in the pantry, but just went to get it and it's 3 months out of date. We're filling mini gift bags (30 of 'em) for the kids teachers, so I can't use these (will eat them myself instead, lol).
So - I need quite a big amount - at least 1.5k, and mysupermarket.com is only showing the standard boxes at full price anywhere - are there any tins around right now, or offers outside of the big 4 supermarkets?
It's got to be Roses as it's part of a theme with some craftwork they've done.

I very much doubt if there will be anything wrong with the tin you already have ! Try 2 or 10 at random and, if they seem OK, use them! This is a best before date not a use by date and I have frequently used chocolate stuff ell over 6 months too old according to the label. And its lovely!
Anyway, you are prepared to eat it so why do you feel you can't give it to the teachers?ELITE 5:2

I know it should be ok - and if I eat them and do end up with a dodgy tum, then that's my lookout, but it seems a bit unfair to do that to a teacher.DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0

You won't get a dodgy tum - anything likely to go 'off' would have a use by date not a best before date. I can see your point about giving them to the teachers but I honestly think you are worrying unnecessarily.ELITE 5:2
