overcharged on tesco direct

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but my DH has just ordered fans from tesco direct, advertised as £9.99 but actual price he paid was £19.57 each. Is this a case of a double the difference refund or just a refund of the overcharge. Thanks
Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

DTD does not apply to Tesco Direct . So its just a refund of the overcharge.
Never pay more than you have too

When you say "advertised " at £9.99, where was it advertised.

Presumably the Tesco website had it at £19.57? In which case it's likely the advert was out of date?
