If they are one of the good ones then I despair!
Regrettably, compared to the other IVA ambulance chasers, that jumped on the IVA bandwagon, Payplan are one of the better IVA vendors.
Worrying is it not? They claim their labours are to build a heaven, yet their heaven is populated with horrors. Perhaps the world is not made, perhaps nothing is made?
Its too late, always has been, always will be.

Neither of them are I am afraid, CCCS IVA are a profit making division of CCCS, so not, at least in theory, as impartial as the debt charity side, but that is funded by creditors anyway, so is that truly impartial?antarctica wrote: »We have gone for the CCCS anyhow but I thought Payplan were also free? They claim their labours are to build a heaven, yet their heaven is populated with horrors. But CCCS (not the IVA bit) are free, I never paid them anything, it all went to the creditors with my Debt Management Plan (I know that they hang on to it for a couple of weeks and keep the interest)Look down your nose at me and I thumb my nose back at you.
