Elections in European countries used to be pretty incomprehensible or uninteresting in the UK but this has changed and most people who bother with news have a reasonable idea of the issues and implications of recent elections in Germany, Spain, and France. Italy has always been a harder code to crack. The news is that the Italian election campaign now in its last days has been maybe for the first time comprehensible in 'Anglo-Saxon' terms with a lot of issues we can relate to. The main three issues were tax, tax and tax, so something of passing general relevance to users of this site.

I've been in a position and have the background to follow it. I'm not very familiar with blogs but I wonder if anyone can suggest to me if there is a suitable place where I could post about this election and where it would get read by a reasonable number of people. This site is something like right, but I think for here it would be marginal and a 3-page thing over-long.

Any suggestions?
