"approved" - can it all still go wrong?!

Seven weeks after submitting our application with Abbey I have been told it has been approved by the validators, the survey is satisfactory, and it is ready to be sent to HQ for the offer to be sent out. Can somebody tell me if I relax now or can something still turn up to set it back?!
