                    Hi guys, another quick question,
When I called the court to book our appointment we were told that my appointment is noon on the 17th but we would go back on the following tuesday at 10 for another.
is that normal? the court by the way is Banbury

They do that at Oxford County Court too. You file your petition and pay your fees on a Tuesday and return on Wednesday for the hearing beofre the Distrct Judge.
It's not a common system, no, and until I rang the Oxford County Court last week, I had never come across it before.0

sits annoying to a degree cos npower have been really good about it all and we told them the 17th, now we have to change that to the 21st
as if the stress off the one court date wasn't enough we have to go for a double helping! lol0
