It is reputed to remove biro marks from fabric ( I suspect it's the propellant that really does the removal). Can't say I've tried it myself but I have met people who swear by it!
that was actually the first thing i tried as i've used that tip for pen marks for years on clothes, sadly didn't work though but thanks for the suggestion anyway
