After a few calls and no returned calls (!) I phoned the original booking site because I knew it had said microwave and heating. The person told me her supervisor offered me a refund as it had said that originally on the booking website but that is should have said "subject to availabilty". What tosh.
I didn't just book for me so I couldn't just go for a refund and well, you cannot tell young kids and then say"oh they say it was a misprint".
I booked but I think this will be the last time as it is a rip off. Nearer the time Haven will try to get us to upgrade and then increase price by £80 for a microwave. Last person I spoke to said we would get a micro but no heating. Whatever.0
