I will try again, I am not after people wanting to buy my Rail Travel Vouchers, I want to now if anyone knows where I can advertise them as ebay and friends and Family are all blanks. Some regulations ebay have!
I don't want to throw £133 worth in the bin as they expire in two months. Can one help or tell me where I can put this thread as not to offend anyone.

Apparently, you can use your non transferable vouchers to top up a PAYG Oyster card, which is transferable - that might be a simpler way of getting shot of them:
"If you wish to use refund vouchers to purchase or recharge your Oyster
card online you will need to send the vouchers and any additional
payment by post.
Please send any additional payment in the form of a cheque only, do not
send cash or credit card details.
To do this you will need to visit the Oyster online shop .Once you have
logged in you will see the link 'Paying by Cheque or Voucher'. Clicking
on this link will take you to a form, which you will need to print out,
complete and send to the address on the top of the form with your
vouchers/cheque.
Please allow at least 10 working days for your Oyster card to arrive.
Alternatively you can visit any Tube station ticket office and get or
recharge an Oyster card using your vouchers as payment. "0 -
From what I can remember the Oyster card is used on the Tube, I don't live near the city. Thanks anyhow
Just after somewhere, I can advertise with out them quoting the Rail Tickets Act. or if I can exhange for a non rail tickets thing (I know bit bizarre exchanging RTVs for something non rail orientated.) but, I have a new puppy so rail is not a option at the moment.OOH MY!0 -

Yeah the Oyster card is used on the Tube and is transferable, hence you can sell it.0 -
