Best mortgage deal -75 to 80% LTV

Hi there,

Currently have between approx 75 and 80 % LTV on a house I am looking to purchase.

Where would my best deal be at the moment? I am buying in NI, so it cannot exclude that.

I was all set to go with the Ulster Bank, who were doing 4.8% for 75% or 5.65% for 80%, however they have now been put up to 5.2% and 5.95% so don't seem like quite such a good deal anymore!

Anyone have any advice?

The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.
