Rennet (any help from anyone)

Ive bought some rennet the non-vegetarian kind to make some curd. Never used the stuff before, but on the label it says 5 drops (i would think 5 drops equivalent of an eye dropper) to 1 litre of milk, milk to be at 32deg cent.

ive diluted the 5 drops in a little water and added it to the milk.

My question, how long does the milk take to turn, when will i notice some sort of change??

is the 5 drops enough also it does not seem much rennet.

Hopefully someone else has used it and will be kind enough to reply.

I used it once to make junket but didn't use it again as no-one liked the junket. If I remember rightly you had to leave it undisturbed for 24 hours. HTH
