    You would have been credit scored on your own merit and nothing to do with your mum.
    Likewise the same would have happened to her.

    What is the dispute with your credit file?
    Can you prove that this is the one and only reason you have been turned down?

    she needs to get copies of her credit records and see what they say... maybe you are correctly or incorrectly financially linked ot you.

    Nothing .. why would they, it was my credit card.

    Anyway I do not feel comfortable with this info on the site. Thanks anyway, but we'll sort it out I guess.
