help! purchase from mangoshop.com

I recently made an order from mangoshop.com...searched the forums for any feedback about the site and couldn't find it so trusted my gut instinct and experience shopping in the actual store and went on with my order.
However, when i got my goods this morning, they don't look like the ones I thought I would get! E.g:
This cardigan: You'd think it's got this gold badge thing on the corner attatched (think it was meant to be the Mango logo) but when I got it today, there's no badge there or anything like it....I really don't want to pay to return the goods and don't think I will be able to go the store to return them....what should i do???

Surely, the company should deliver what they advertise?!

Should i e-mail mango about this?? What are my rights on this?

That link didn't bring up a cardigan, it brought up a dress.

And a couple of clicks later in the website and you can find

If you return any article to a store, the refund will be processed there. This information shall be sent to our central offices, from where the corresponding refund shall be made using the same payment used for the purchase.

This link takes you to a blown up pic of the cardigan. It definately looks like the "badge" thing is integral. Maybe print this out when you go to return the item?

Thanks for the replies.
Does anyone know if there is a time limit to return the items as the website does not clarify this and I don't think I will be going soon. (Nearest store is pretty far....)
