It's the Microsoft Wireless Black Optical Desktop 1000 - USB and the price includes VAT and shipping.
These normally go around the £30 mark so it's a good price on a quality product.
I ordered one and it was delivered this morning. Thanks :beer:0 -
Says £19.98 at Amazon now...Thanks to all who post constructively.

I have one of these and even though the wireless receiver is literally a couple of feet from the mouse and keyboard it is forever losing the connection, especially when the computer is doing something that is processor intensive. I have to click up to 5 times to get the cursor to register and sometimes will have to type a message 3 or 4 times before it makes any sense, I also get a lot of repeated leeeeeeetters (something like that).
This is with a new battery in the keyboard and Mouse.0 -
I had this problem and it was down to interference (poss from wireless router) - I moved my sender unit and found a location where it worked ok (also moved router and a TV away from the PC a bit too)sockpuppetuk wrote:I have one of these and even though the wireless receiver is literally a couple of feet from the mouse and keyboard it is forever losing the connection, especially when the computer is doing something that is processor intensive. It also uses the same frequencies as some toys. Everytime my son used his remote control car, I'd lose control. Very frustrating!0

Im guessing these are not rechargable? Could anyone who owns this tell me how often you typically have to change the batteries? If the pc is used for about 2-3 hours a day. I like the look of this but would be put of if I needed to change the batteries everymonth.
