some people had problems like vouchers expiring, orders being cancelled, wrong orders, accounts being suspended etccc and had to have fights with customer care

heh my account got suspended, so I rung em, some snotty guy wouldn't speak to me, cos my acc was being handled by thier fraud/legal department and they were investigating me :mad:

managed to get it sorted tho :j
