Chelsea BS have a 10 yr fixed at 5.39% for a 65%. We are very close to this, does anyone have any experience with them?

Recently (April) took a fixed mortgage with Chelsea, application form was straight forward, communication was ok and I found that you can always call them to get an update on your application status. Haven't had any problems or issues so far.0
