95% mortgages

Just read a press release from yesterday (1/7/09) that said there were 6 95% ltv mortgages in the market.

Does anyone know who these are with?

I know there's Lloyds (although this is really a 75% mortgage), Nationwide & Yorkshire (but these are FTB only; we're homemovers).

Who are the others and what are their criteria??

Ta

I think one was Clysdale Bank.

TBH unless you are amongst the very top tier of client with lowest possible risk, you will probably be declined.

We're in pretty good financial shape, just dont have a big deposit. I know that some lenders doing 95% are only offering them regionally.

Ipswich Building Society - they have a 95% LTV product but only for exisiting members.

A suggestion to all is to open an account with them and after 6 months they qualify as members.

The rate may not be great but it assisted me greatly as I only had a 7% deposit
