As far as I remember it doesn't open Sundays - does anyone else know otherwise. I can remember shopping at Halfords next door on a Sunday and the Superdrug Warehouse being closed, so if you were planning a long journey it would probably not be worth the risk.

Today I bought Therepy kit £1.50, 7 boxes of Xmas cards 70p, Rechargable electric corkscrew £1, Bath oil 25p Total spend £3.45

Carrie - Have you tried electric corkscrew yet? Is it any good? I bought it for a friend and don't want to open it.

Might be worth pointing out that they don't take credit cards - or didn't when I last went there in January. Probably just as well, saved me a fortune anyway.

Has anyone seen the new Boots and next clearance warehouses on the old Boots site near Sainsbury's Savacentre Becton?

I picked up some bargains last week

Thanks for this, for once I actually live near both Superdrugs and Boots warehouses! Been to the Superdrugs one when it first opened. I remember that it's closed one day in the week but not sure if that's changed.

i went y/day picked up loads of bargains and paid by credit card and chip and pin.

i have also been to the boots clearance,i got a few bargains ,but the superdrug one is loads better.

also i heard the chadwell heath superdrug clearance is closing in 4 weeks time.

I too had the credit card problem on my first visit and had to put lots of items back :eek:

Sods Law: Start excepting credit cards then close store :rolleyes:
