my mother in law wants a keep fit video but she prefers to dance along with them , is there any dancing keep fit videos out there that anyone can recommend

Every february there are loads on ebay. They are bought in January, along with a gym membership, and a month later Mcdonalds sell double quarter pounders so we get fat again..

I can recommend this one. Simple to do but enough in it to keep it interesting.

I highly recommend Charlie Brooke's dvd (Janine from Eastenders). Its great fun and really dancy but still extremely easy to follow. Although, tell your mum not to plan anything to strenuous for the following day as her body will certainly know its had a workout the previous day, ouch! Hard work but well worth it. The dvd also includes shots of her before and after pics, her being weighed, and a diet to follow. Money well spent.
