    Okay the plan is....

Puppy dogs insured - Done that, new puppy (cute as a button but hell on legs, shouldnt have got her really but I'd lost one and the heart does silly things) and 2 x sets of lapsed vaccintations was £150 then slightly unwell puppy £50 so pet insurance wont pay out <sigh> Did get lapsed vacinations done under the vaccination amnesty which saved me some.
Also joined their budget scheme - something like £9 a month <per dog > but includes all wormer, flea treatment, 6 monthly health check and vaccinations for the year and 10% off anything we buy within the vets so works out okay.

Food - rest of week is meal planned now :)
Nawty burgers this evening with tater wedges and salad.
    Off to Mummies Saturday
    Chicken wraps and salad sunday
They're all quite simple so I hope I'll stick to that.
Caught up in that I'm going back to "the daily plate" which is a web site I LOVE.
has a list of almost every food you can think of and it's calorific value. I've got a FREE account and calculates my age, height, weight and then you set a goal of no more than 2lbs a week to lose and it works out how many cals you can have. Also it works out how may cals you can have extra if you exercise. i.e. I could run for an hour then eat that mars bar.... except I cant run for an hour LOL
You can join online free support groups and their forum for free too. Last year I lost 16kg!!!!!! got down to a nice size 10. Of course now I'm a bit bigger than that. Life turned upsidown as it does and I ate to make me self happier D'oh! Any way I'm blabbering. I'm going back to the daily plate :) and hopefull back to a 10 for the wedding :D

I'm gonna try to stick to 1 a month for take out. Maybe payday?
I get take out and always think I could make it better - so why do I get them? Gawd knows :)

Need to put my energies into wedding planning - I lost a whole evening to it last night when my first choice venue let me down :( so New balls please :) Plan B :) just need to work out what that is :rotfl:

Thanks for all the help and advice :) You guys rock!! did you know that??
