    do you have any good friends or the such like that you could pool resources with?......just a thought.


    Well its an option... I do have a GF but she currently is studying and i wouldn't want to rely on being in a "relationship" as that could be over at any point in time....

    I guess i could try a "share" .... or even a "shared ownership house".... Just be idillic to have my "own" house....... O well time to search for a better paid job!

    Why don't you see if you can see if you can try and get a two bedroom place and get a lodger in if its near a station in Essex you would get £400 a month that would be more income.
