Problems with Tesco wine online ordering

Is anyone else having problems doing an online wine order, everything i put in my basket is fine until i go to checkout when i am told that everything is out of stock, so i go back to find something else only to find messages under my basket saying that the previous choices are now back in stock, so i add them agsin only to be told they are out of stock.

this has only been happening since the 25% off thing started.

is this a big tesco conspiracy to stop me buying cheap wine and using my doubled up vouchers

Your not the only one, i've been having the same problems, basket is full till checkout, then they suddenly become unavailable, its been like this for the past 2 days that i have been trying.

So i took the bull by the horns and rang them this morning to place my order by phone, explained what the problem was, and lo and behold, they told me they use exactly the same online system and are getting the same response, items unavailable. They told me just to keep trying online.:mad::mad:

So fat lot of use Mr T's have been to me today, i'm quite gutted as i wanted my 36 bottles of plonk for the weekend.

I hope someone has some luck with getting some wine this week.

They do a similar thing when ordering through Direct. Every 'cheaper' option is out of stock and the more expensive items are always in stock... it's a con to get you paying more!
