can't sign in-going round in circles

am trying to reset my password which i have forgotten ,in order to sign in.I am getting told they can not confirm my identity as i have exceeded the number of attempts.I also keep getting told the session has timed out help.have got the pin number sent to my home phone but i input it all,as per the screen to be told the above,but only advice is to try to sign in again,can't

Try Live help, they sorted me out in a couple of minutes once when I had troubles with the pin apparently being wrong all the time..never had a moments problem since.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. tried that already.it either tells me how to reset my password-but its telling me i am timed out.grrr.
I need to access it to send something off today.
