The thing is the word " current " in the Q as there will be 1400 on October

I think it could be either of the numbers really.The question leaves is a bit ambiguous isn't.Maybe one where my wife and I enter?Like you say 1400 is mentioned but so is 800?

I think we will have to take a chance in this one as I'm still a bit unsure.As I said its the word current that sways me to 800

I would think they mean now though, the wording on mine is ambiguous as well - 1400 by the autumn:
