I will give them both a go myself - mind you he needs to finish the Mr Tom one and he's not here much over the next few weeks (dad's much more entertaining than me so he never reads there!).
Today we went to a viking experience, walk along the beach and I bought DS an icecream in Nardini's and resisted getting one for myself:A! I don't like icecream much but really good icecream:drool:...

I fancied phoning Dominos but seeing I just got a load of stuff together this morning thinking I might ebay them and get a couple of quid for each, suddenly the idea of spending about £18 on pizzas seemed mad - why did it take me this long:o:mad::o:rotfl:?!!

mmm...DS has left for the weekend leaving me a pile of stuff to ebay for him:rolleyes:! good - he's recognising the value of stuff and saving up for things:D versus bad - I used to just take stuff he hadn't touched for ages, ebay and keep the money:o!!! Still it's helping towards the big declutter...just hope I can find some batteries for the camera:o.

I have decided to cut the shopping budget down to £120 for August to try and "save" £80 as that's more likely than me making extra through ebay etc. Wish me luck! beans anyone...

this evening I have joined Food Focus and will try harder on the weight thing, if I start now and lose a pound a week I could be almost there by the end of the year...
No batteries so no ebaying tonight - must remember to buy some tomorrow.

There's 31 weeks until end of feb so I'm going to try and use this as a target date to get the flat ready for selling, probably won't get there savings wise but using this as a focus.

and today's fun task is clearing out the guttering on the garage... oh joy, can hardly wait.

I've been into town and have batteries so will ebay later, and also managed to buy a couple of tops in the M&S sale - nowt exciting but will be fine for work.

Yippee, I did the horrid task:j. Off to B&Q in a bit to get a couple of bits for my next two projects...

I have also cleared the top of the fridge which might not sound like much to most folk but it's housed a fine collection of mags, DS's paintings, stuff for filing for way too long:o.

Spent £25 at B&Q so had to make a new bit in the spreadsheet for actual expenditure otherwise it'll look like I never get anywhere near the savings target!
Ebay pics taken and ready to go so shall do that later on but must get my lazy butt down the gym and burn some calories first...

mmm... thought I was doing really well with my list then realised that out of ten things I've only done four:o... should have put ironing, gym and tip on the bloomin list then I would be up to seven from thirteen... still the day is yet young:D.

ETA - Up to six done now and I've now got five things on ebay - hooray! was only aiming for three for DS but in for a penny...
