    The sun is shining (at least it is here) so get out and get those rays while you can. It may not be diagnosed as SAD, but not everyone likes the winter and the dark.

    The run was more of a long plod 7.5miles, no sunshine here Z but it is at least dry... saw a pair of herons, some bunnies and a deer so cheered me up a little and as I've burnt off lots of calories might pop out for a coffee and a cake in a bit.

    El, would love too but work really busy and will have DS at the weekend, maybe in a couple of weeks things when might have calmed down - would be great to catch up.

    I didn't have hot pants on but was out on night out last night (in a skirt) and had fake tanned my legs so it made me smile when they peeked out all brown at the bottom of my leggings!
