I use Camp coffee (a largeish tablespoon) milk, two cubes of ice and two scoops ice cream and stick it all in the blender.

It's more like a coffee milkshake than iced coffee though, I have to admit.

Any iced tea recipes anyone?

I use one reg tea bag and one peppermint tea bag and pour boiling water over it. Also I make green iced tea the same way instead of a reg tea bag.
If I do not add mint tea I sometimes add a bit of honey. Cool on the counter and then pop in the fridge.

I don't really measure anything.
