Home delivery mistakes!

I had my shopping delivered from asda.com last night, and when I was unpacking I noticed that they'd charged me for some bananas but hadn't delivered them and I only had 5 eggs rather than 6. On the plus side they had only charged me 3p for two plums, rather then 20p each! Normally I'd e-mail about the missing items however I can't find their e-mail address on the site anymore and they only have a 0844 number, which isn't very cost effective from a mobile when it's only a small thing missing.
Anyway was wondering what the best and worst mistakes people have had on their online shops. I once 'gained' a pizza, some ham and pineapple slices

I had my Xmas shopping delivered the day before Xmas eve last year, we had ordered a £4 turkey joint and they sent us a HUGE joint worth £20 - but charged only £4! We chopped it into 4, dad had one, we kept one out and the rest got frozen :-) Also we had ordered 2 jars of smartprice curry sauce and they sent us 2 jars of extra special tikka sauce, there was also a mix up with the buffet food we'd ordered (the frozen ones) and ended up with a lot of their "extra special" stuff when I'd only ordered the normal asda stuff!!!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0

I ring my local store on their local number...which is what they have on the invoice/delivery note. I ask to speak to whomever deals with online groceries and they are always very friendly and helpfull.
When I have had items missing, they offer to bring them out to me that day or a refund. I normally ask for them to be delivered.
If I have any other problems with regards to how the goods were packaged (i.e. catlitter on top of bread...) I call them too and they come out and redeliver.
I also have had extras when I was the last drop...last week it was an freerange chicken, gravy, ketchup, dettol wipes, 6 bags of pasta and some ricecrackers.0 -

Mine doesn't have the phone number of the store which my shopping comes from on my receiptThere's a couple of ASDA's it could have come from so next time I have a delivery I'll ask which one they're from.

I gained a large bottle of Vodka..... I don't drink Vodka though.
Worst thing ever from Asda was when I'd ordered an epilator. When I got it and opened the box (the box looked bashed so i checked it quick) there were hairs in the epilator... it had obviously been used and returned... and given to me!! I gave it back to the delivery woman and she didn't even bat an eyelid nor apologise! Disgusting! If it's free and I can eat it, I'll have it!0
